Convenient hotel, all of the staff were kind and nice, magnificent location close to the main train station. I had big size, unique room with the bedroom, shower, as example. Location: the venue was very close to Cologne, Cologne main cathedral and main attractions and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was perfect for us, as it was slightly away from the city center but still within walking distance. It was also close to the main train station, which was convenient for our travels. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were really helpful, providing us with information about places to visit and even going out of their way to get us water late at night. We also loved the unique themed rooms. Each room had its own charm and it was a nice change from the standard hotel room experience.

The hotel is located in a convenient position, slightly away from the city centre but still within walking distance. Close to the main train station, there are some nice restaurants and bars in the street. the rooms are unique and have their own theme.
The comfort level of the rooms is not up to the mark as there is no fridge/mini bar, and the heating is difficult to operate. the bathroom is not practical and uncomfortable.

The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our New Year's stay. We loved the unique art concept of the hotel, which added a fun and creative touch to the overall experience.
One major downside was the lack of privacy in the rooms. The glass wall separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, without a way to close it, was quite uncomfortable.

We loved the creative concept of this hotel and the charmingly unique rooms, each with its own theme. The hotel facilities were great, offering a very nice small double room with a comfy bed and a clean, roomy design. Its central location made it easy to explore the lively area of the city on foot or by the conveniently close transportation. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, even welcoming us early for check-in.
Nothing, all excellent.

We recently spent an amazing weekend in a centrally located hotel with unique rooms. We loved that each room had its own theme and all the rooms had the same facilities, so you don't have to worry about missing out on anything. the stylish bathroom was a beautiful feature that looked lovely in every room. We enjoyed the abundance of delicious restaurants and bars available for a night out.
the WiFi wasn't working properly, making it difficult to stay connected.

The rooms were incredibly unique and artistic, each with its own theme. I particularly liked the fact that every room had the same facilities and a tablet with easy access information about the hotel and the city. The hotel's key location made it easy to walk to the center with great restaurants and bars on the street.
The limited options for breakfast were a downside, but it wasn't a major issue since there are plenty of cafes in the area. The only negative point was that the shower in the room was visible from the whole room as it was only blocked off by glass, which may be a concern for some travelers.

I recently stayed at 18Arts for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and exactly as pictured, complete with plenty of plug sockets and a unique swing in the McQueen room. The bathroom was modern and stylish, with beautiful mosaic tiles and a powerful, hot shower. I also loved the fact that each room had its own distinct charm and artwork, making the hotel truly one-of-a-kind.
Can recommend this hotel.

The room we stayed in at 18Arts was incredibly unique and beautifully decorated. We absolutely loved the creative themes throughout the hotel. The bed in our room was especially comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Being centrally located, we had easy access to numerous restaurants and bars in the area. Despite the lively surroundings, our room was surprisingly quiet. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. we had an enjoyable stay at 18Arts Hotel.
We did encounter a minor issue with the shower drain not draining properly, which caused the bathroom floor to become quite wet. Additionally, the lack of privacy in the bathroom, with only a transparent glass wall separating it from the room, was a slight inconvenience for us.
